No Habeas petition was filed by Harlow Cuadra / Joseph Kerekes on the issue of extradition ... and they conceded that they had no legal basis to fight the extradition ... they'll be going to PA as soon as PA comes to get them. ( obviously there will be much more information coming up shortly ).
