UPDATE: I have edited a few things, as new information has just come in, and I'm getting conflicting reports as to whether Harlow was in the Navy or not. I expect to have a 'final' answer soon, but until then, I'm going to retract my original assertion. The following however is known as fact:

Harlow & Joe also have over $395,755 in past-due debt... (not including the house) guess that would explain the lack of money for an attorney. ( out of fairness, this would include some of the vehicles seized):

BMW FINANCIAL SERVICES: $43,000
CHRYSLER FINANCIAL: $64,000
GMAC: $95,000

If you include the house, credit cards, cars, second mortgage, etc... their total debt is over $927,000.00 ( that's a lot of debt ). Makes you wonder about their thinking the Corrigan deal could make them a million dollars as stated in the affidavit.
