Harlow Cuadra's trial for the brutal slaying of Bryan Kocis begins tomorrow (02/17/09)... the first step is jury selection... which is expected to take 4-5 days. While regular readers of this blog have probably already seen these posts before... I'd like to offer an easy way to view them for those that haven't:
1. Jury Selection
2. Harlow's Proposed Voir Dire (Jury Questionnaire)
3. What Happens once the Jury has been Selected
What else to expect: This entire jury selection procedure will likely be very boring. From what I've been told: "experienced media dread covering jury selections, even in the high-profile cases. They literally ask the same questions over and over and over to every single potential juror for 7 or 8 hours a day."
Sounds like fun... NOT... hence me planning to go on 02/26.
