The Clock's Ticking...

Back on March 19, 2008... Judge Peter Paul Olszewski ruled that Attorney Dememtrius Fannick could no longer represent Defendant Harlow Cuadra in the murder trial of Bryan Kocis.

Some have speculated that Harlow will likely appeal the judge's decision (including Olszewski himself)... Harlow has 30 days from the date of the Olsziewski's ruling to do so... or does he?

I was also told today that it cannot be appealed prior to trial. (This is a legal interpretation so it's not entirely clear based on other cases.)

My personal opinion is that Harlow doesn't appeal, goes with another lawyer for the trial and then appeals afterward if and when convicted.

... and to think... the real fun hasn't even begun.
