During tomorrow's hearing (03/14/08) which starts at 8:30 a.m., Judge Peter Paul Olszewski will have to decide whether Joseph Kerekes and Harlow Cuadra, can legally waive any conflict of interest that might exist, with Attorney Demetrius Fannick representing Cuadra for the murder trial of Bryan Kocis.
If you'll recall during last week's two day hearing... Kerekes took the stand and denied that he and Fannick had any client/attorney relationship... while the Prosecution made their arguments that there was indeed a relationship formed between the two.
Hopefully the Judge will issue his ruling tomorrow, so that this case can finally begin to move forward again.
