With the Bryan Kocis murder trial being reported repeatedly in the Wilkes-Barre/Scranton area, one might think that there's no possible way Harlow Cuadra and Joseph Kerekes could get an impartial jury... ironically, I received the following quote from a local reporter just a few days ago: "as odd as this may sound, this case is not drawing much interest among the locals."
Sounds like we won't have much to worry about in regards to a possible tainted jury pool... even though Defense Attorney's were previously so concerned about local-media coverage, that they filed a motion for the trial be held elsewhere (change of venue). No word yet as to what will happen with that.
