The Commonwealth, by and through District Attorney JACQUELINE MUSTO CARROLL, Assistant District Attorney MICHAEL MELNICK, Assistant District Attorney SHANNON CRAKE, and Assistant District Attorney ALLYSON KACMARSKI submits its response to Defendant Harlow Cuadra’s Notice of Possible Alibi Defense. This also serves as a supplemental response to Defendant Kerekes’ Notice of Possible Alibi; the Commonwealth’s reciprocal list of witnesses in response to the Defendants’ respective Notices of Alibi is the same as the Defendants’ possible alibi defenses are consistent with each other. Attached hereto is a list of all prospective witnesses the Commonwealth may call to rebut the Defendants’ alibi defense.
